Running github program for Tello EDU

Hi I am a bit new to tello edu and I am trying to run this awesome application from github: aqeelanwar/DRLwithTL_real. However, I cannot connect to the drone with my computer. Is there any advice or resources on how to run github applications on drones?

Switch on the tello and connect with your pc/laptop wifi......actually, it takes some time to connect but it'll surely connect if not do ping me again with explaining cleaning.
