When I removed the plate on the bottom of the ryze tello tello there was some white silicone on the front screwes. What is it for?

So the screws don't get unscrewed easily.

It's a form of Loctite, a residue that keeps screws from coming loose - usually it's the colour blue. Also there is white silicon over the four motor pads where they join the PCB. This is on both sides. You need to remove this white "blob" to get access to the solder pads underneath. It comes of easily enough without any damage to the components underneath it.
