If such low cost drone can have such features ,I think tellofpv app will implement in future this features.

The SJRC F11 (that flows right from your tongue) also seems interesting, about a 1km range, tilting camera, 1080p GPS, 20 minute flight time.
(these are all from manufacturer, reality might be different)
also very cheap. 140 usd, about. Really interesting in tellos price point.
numbers he says differ from what i mentioned slightly, i got mine from some site that sells it.
