A bit late reply but yes, this is a ok deal, I paid 140$CAD for the tello (local store) If I bought online 99$USD = 130$CAD + shipping
Cover are about 13$CAD piece and battery, didn't find under 35$CAD (Ship. include)

140+35+13= 188$ vs 177$
