Tello wont fly

hi everyone.. im new in the forum and im having trouble to take out . the tello drone just bend back and shutdown :-( help me!

Check props are correctly installed
Do a calibration
Follow the manual

You probably made the same mistake I did, took off the elices without paying attention to the position.
Make sure you have pair of elices with markings near the center.
These should be placed on the moters which also have marking forming an x.
Check your manual has an image showing where is the motor marking.
