Video interference.

Help fellow drone, today my Tello came to me. Unfortunately, after connecting to the Tello app, the image has such distortions that nothing can be seen. However, at Tello FPV everything is ok.
My phone is Moto G7 power, but on Moto G6 - the picture is also illegible.
The picture shows error 29, but such a preview was from the beginning, even when this error was not there.
Is it drone's fault? I am thinking about whether to return it.

the OEM app uses a codec setting that is incompatible with your phone. Has been like this for most / all Moto phones since day one so no point asking Ryze to fix this (they have ignored thousands of such requests for the past 2+ years)
You can either get another phone or get one of the 3rd party apps
 
Tengo una moto g5 y me pasó lo mismo. Lo resolví comprando la aplicación Tello FPV en Google Play.
 
I have a Moto G5 plus phone and i had te same problem. Solution it was to buy Tello FPV on Google play (they have demo version if you wanna try). No issues after do that. It´s an must have thiung if you have a Tello
