What is the “EV” in the settings mean?

So in the APP under the settings section there is an “EV” that is set at 0 and goes up to 3 and down to -3, what is this for?

EV = Exposure Value

As above it’s how sensitive the camera is to light. Try playing with the value, you can’t do any harm.
