Camera sensor error

I got my tello for Christmas and the second I connected to my tello I was presented with a camera sensor error and I’ve had that ever sense can someone please help me

I will be honest. I have never heard of this error. Here are my 2 cents. Either exchange your Tello at the store, or contact Ryze Tech for help and/or warranty.

My first Tello had an inoperable main camera, but I cannot recall if I saw and error message or not. I returned it.

Open the cello and check the camera connector. It may not be inserted correctly.
