Recently purchased the TELLO for my son for Xmas. I thought the gamesir T1s was a suitable controller for it. Is that not the case? It works with it as far as I can see.

Also does the drone only connect via its WiFi to your phone?

I believe you connect controller connects via Bluetooth to your phone then Tello connects via WiFi you can also connect a WiFi extender too ??

with a WiFi extender the range is increased to 300ft (91m) depending on which way Tello is facing..

Just had a look on amazon for one. So how would that work then, where do I plug it into? My phone?
