Does anyone have a general idea of where or rather where I can't and what I would need for flying in the UK?
Just some laws rules restirctions ect that i would need to know about that may not be the same as spark rules.
Coming from a spark pilot and a new tello pilot.

Drones Under 250 grams makes it a "toy" here in US and it does not have to be registered and is not subject to the same flight restrictions. Tello is ~92grams with prop guards on, Spark is ~300.

You might want to read some (or all) of these for general guidance:
On the fly I didn't find any source for minimum weight of a drone, so I can't tell whether Tello is considered a drone or a toy (in Germany it is considered an UAV despite its weight so rules apply), but if you stick to the Spark rules with your Tello you should be on the safe side in any case ;)

From what I heard a mandatory registration for drones >250g is planned to become effective later this year, but this doesn't affect the Tello.
