I made an arduino board package to program the tellotalent`s esp32 controller in the Arduino IDE

Because that repo contains the Arduino library to program the esp32, but I found no way of UPLOADING it to the physical board , so that's why I made this repo so you can upload your code directly into the esp32. Also the RMTT_Libs in the robomaster repo gives compelling errors with the mind+ files, so I used the library included inside the Mind+ program, which works perfectly.
