I've been RC flying for years - mostly nitro. I think one or two planes might still fly but it's been a while.
Have a DJI phantom with under a hundred flights.
Just got a Tello after watching a software presentation where he wrote a short javascript program to fly it around the room and flip. So i bought one then and there.

Right now I'm looking for info on how to use python to control mine. It's kinda annoying how all the links I'm finding are for paid courses etc. I'm pretty good at hardware & software (including UDP etc) and don't need a whole $50 course to learn it.

Anyway - my search led me here so I thought I sign up and say hi.

And just took off and landed. Holy crap that was easy.
