IMU Calibration

When calibrating the Tello Drone,when setting on side, does it need to be vertically straight or leaning on prop Post?

I wonders that too when I first got my tello. In the end I leaned it on the prop shafts and that seemed to work fine.
Others may tell me otherwise and I will stand corrected but my tello flies like a dream

Thank you for your response. When moving left and right with Tello does your Tello seem “jerky” and rush left or right?
I maybe expecting too much from a $98 Drone but my MP,Phantom 3S and Spark generally yaw and move left and right smoothly.

I ended up getting a suggestion to do the hover calibration too. That seems to have fixed it. The ole girl/boy is flying true now!
