Is it bad leaving the batteries in the charging hub?

Sometimes after charging my Tello batteries i leave them in the charging hub.

So my question is if leaving the batteries there even if it they are not charging makes the battery working time shorter or it can do something bad to it.

Better take them out when full charged. That increased the lifetime.
It's not good to overload and it's not good to underload. Like every LiPo.

It’s fine, it’s not just a li-po cell. They are batteries with protection circuits for overcharging.
