Other than taking off from your roof etc. Unfortunately no.

Yep I know. I have this curiosy. With you app and a extender I reached 1200 feet away.

Try the Tals app,but you will need a wonderfully wind free day . I seem to remember it allowing a great deal more than 30 meters height. I uninstalled it because the Tello would just get blown away.
