Motor problem

One of the motors is turning slower than the other three I have sprayed it with WD-40 which seems to make it better but it is still 50% Jammed, I can fly my drone no problem indoors, I have not taken it out for fast mode test flight , is there a way to fix it? should I change the motor? what is the right thing to do here ?

Maybe the problem is a strong hit in the motor or that's magnetize but Brushed motor's are cheaper. Just verify CW or CCW and Check this:
