Happy to be here having just bought a Tello to play with. I've flown several DJI phantoms etc in the past but wanted something nice and small for doing some photos with and the Tello fits the bill. I don't do pro photography any more so photos tend to end up online and the Tello's camera should be excellent for that. I already have a wifi repeater which I will use with it although to my mind the Tello is getting the blame for poor wifi which it actually hasn't got - people's phones are the problem for wifi connections as walking out of the house shows over and over again, So getting better range by using a wifi repeater is simply getting a better signal to and from the repeater to the phone rather than getting a better signal from the tello since nothing is changing inside the Tello so if it can get the signal to the repeater then it is doing a good job in the first place. I'm sure this will open up discussions but I'm looking forward to playing with this little drone anyway.
