On screen monitoring issue

Hi all, when I use my Samsung S8+ with the Tello app and latest firmware updated, I have no issues viewing from my app. I can see what the drone cam sees.

However, when I use my son's Samsung J6+ phone, the Tello app (also latest updated firmware) does not show the drone cam image in the app. Instead, it shows a series of colours like a bad signal. I tried with my other son's phone (also a Samsung J6+) and he has the same problem.

Is this because the Samsung J6+ does not support the Tello app fully? When I switch to video recording mode, the drone cam video feed is seen on the Samsung J6+ but not in the normal photo viewing cam mode.

Please advise. Thanks!
