Pictures don't save

I just got the tello drone and the pictures and videos won't save. The camera is on and it acts like it takes a picture but it doesn't save to my camera roll.
I have already given permission for the app to read and write, and I have tried reinstalling the app and turning the drone off and on again multiple times, but it still won't work.
I can control the drone and see through the camera just fine. I am using an iPhone SE and my software is up to date. (iOS 12.3.1)
Any solutions?

Pictures and videos are save to the “Playback” Area of the Tello App:


The next page has the photos and videos shot by the Tello. Select from there and save/transfer to your ‘Camera Roll” from there.
