Depends on your region. In Germany we use ebay or Kleinanzeigen for second hand products.
If you go for second hand try to find an iron man edition.
DJI store still sells new Tellos. They seem to have distribution or production problems as availability is hit & miss.

I guess, you recommend it due to the better low light sensivity of the bottom camera?
Also the Tello EDU seem to have that better bottom camera and I would recommend these, if it is also planned to be used for programming.
correct, the bottom camera is know to be better in Iron man, EDU, and older standard editions.
EDU is a great option but whenever I found one on ebay it was at least double of the standard and iron man editions.
The special Iron man app is no longer available which sometimes makes people sell iron man editions for next to nothing.

This isi a highly recommended way to buy everyday items. Drones too. I boght all my drones pre owned for a fracture of their original prices. I bought 7 tellos already (4 still flying amazing) between 10€ and 30€. I live in Austria, altho I´m long time ebayer, I buy them on the willhaben, because faster and cheaper
