I keep fully charging my battery. When I attempt to connect using my Iphone the battery icon on the Tello app is a red outline. The device will not connect. Any suggestions?

Thanks. Heat not the issue. I charge the battery then when trying to connect I get a flashing yellow light on the Tello and a red outlined battery indicator on my Tello app. Will not connect
Insert fully charged battery but the Tello app on iPhone shows a red outline and the drone won't connect to wi-fi. The drone also gets very hot with the battery inserted and nothing happening.
