Tello Edu - drone no longer takes off

I have five drones that have been working great - suddenly two of them will no longer take off. I have completed a firmware update and IMU calibration and confirmed that the propellers are indeed in the proper positions. What have I missed? My students are starting to use code the drones last period and I have two that are out of commission - if I lost another the program is dead (and I might be too as the students are SO excited!). Please help

Im not a pro but try ressetting them by pressing the power button for 10s. Hope that helps
