Tello FPV and iPega PG9078 Compatibility Test

I can say I can give a thumbs up on TelloFPV app on this. I have no need for Octopus app to fly my Tello with my iPega keypad.

I tested it and it worked perfectly. The TelloFPV app for Android recognized control easily, and as you said, without Octopus: It's a cheaper solution for those who own Android. I recommend.

Does anyone knows if the PG 9078 works via bluetooth or only OTG cable? My Samsung A5 2017 has OTG but I never got around to make it work...

Yes. It works via BT, and without any octopus. However, you need to set "Android standard game mode" in the ipega 9078 controller by pressing X + ipega button. Of course, this is a configuration for androids. First you have to pair the controller with your phone and then you run TelloFPV app (. The application should detect it by itself and you will see it in the controller settings.
