Trouble linking

Hi All,
Am new to drones and am having trouble linking my GameSir remote. Pressing 'pair' key doesn't seem to help...msg says to "check GameSir settings" and try again. I am however able to use my Android phone to operate my Tello.

Welcome! DO NOT pair the controller. If the controller is paired to your phone it will not work so un-pair it. Then use the APP to connect. It may take a few tries in the APP but it should work.
