Unable to connect to my laptop

My drone is able to connect to my cellphone but when I try to connect my laptop, it fail. Ive tried resetting the tello's wifi and also resetting my laptop but it still doesn't work.

What type of laptop are you using? I have connected my laptop to my tello and connected the software to run scratch. That was on a macboook. I followed instructions on a web page I found on a search just look for scratch or python and tello and it should help you. If it is a wifi issue then knowing model of computer should fix.

It's a windows 10 machine
