Usb endoscope camera with built in leds

Does anybody know if its possible to replace the tello camera with one of these usb endoscope cameras with built in bright *** led lights, i feel like it would be a perfect design to have a adjustable lighting, that is if you can still dim the light after it is all said an done

Would have thought any 5v tool could be used, use an otg adapter it will give power to test it.
