did you ever hear back from ryze? I found that customer service likes to play tag with emails and nothing gets done.Ok I’ll call and let you know how it goes

did u take a couple photos to make sure? i exchanged mine for a brand new tello yesterday and on the 2nd photo EIS malfunctioned... im at a loss as to what could be happening, maybe a bad batch at the store...
