Can someone tell me how long it takes to get a tello back after sending it in for repairs under warranty

It's better to have a live person, than to wait for an email they decide to reply to.

did you ever hear back from ryze? I found that customer service likes to play tag with emails and nothing gets done.

did u take a couple photos to make sure? i exchanged mine for a brand new tello yesterday and on the 2nd photo EIS malfunctioned... im at a loss as to what could be happening, maybe a bad batch at the store...
