Above 10 meter

I just bought Tello and used my camping vacation. I love it! Perfect drone for its price. With new firmware update, I’m really hesitating for flighting above 10 meter. I live in Istanbul where is windy city Do you have any suggestion like a using controller etc ?

A controller is gonna give you more accuracy and responsiveness than the phone, that's for sure. Getting yourself as well a wifi extender will let you fly your drone higher (it's an option) and also a bit further. With a wifi extender it's been documented you could get up to 180-200m distance in windy conditions, 30 meters high and up to 30 km/h.
