battery not charging

Hello,

The 5V/2A =10W maximum recommended was charging them in 35min from the 10% time to land scenario, checking the voltage they are 3.55V. Then I was doing a single battery noticing it was taking way longer so I let it ride and an hour later it was still 3.55v.
I connected a 5V/1.2A =6W and it began charging so I learned a lesson there.
I will see what they are when I set my low battery time to land to15% and see what it reads but is 3.55V too low for long term storage? Thanks

but is 3.55V too low for long term storage?
Yes. You need at least 3.7 V (best is 3.8 V) of no load voltage. Even 3.9 V, if the storage is supposed to last more than half a year.

In percentages, the voltage you have now is typically shown as 5% remaining battery, and the best for storage is around 50%.

After flying it until it forced a landing @15% remaining still hot it was 3.66v after resting more than a half hour it is at 3.7v. So I'll set it to 18% next time to see. Nice to see I can find a setup for final flight before storage.
