Battery percentage

When I run the OEM Tello app the battery strength is shown by an icon but no percentage. The manual shows it with the numerical percentage showing. Is this an option that must be enabled?

The ryze in some update for some unknown reason took this information in the app's UI ...
Ryze says it's working for again this item.

aTelloPilot gives a percentage, i find this is a better app than the standard one.

tello support said its not showing the percentage because the battery is not intelligent.
