I have been using my tello very carefully, with prop guards and everything... Still I managed to break one of the motors. They're just 10 bucks on Amazon and takes 2-3 days to get.
Hello @Nader. Our beloved Tello is a drone meant for newbies, so it's meant to crash. Thanks god the components are cheap enough for us to try to fix it ourselves.
In my case one of the motors broke. The motor with wires is a healthy motor vs the other one broken, you'll see there's a piece right in the base where you put the blades that is pushed inside of the motor and didn't let the blade to move correctly.
I agree, buy a spare set of motors. It's just a matter of time before one breaks. I hade one pop out from the "holder" snapping the cables in the process.
