Fast Mode by Default

Is there any way to have the Tello fly in fast mode by default? I have the IronMan edition and IronMan app with a GameSir controller with an iPhone set up. It seems to always default to slow mode any time it shuts off, like when I change the battery.

Also, is there anyway to have it automatically connect the WiFi to my phone instead of always having to re select it every time I change the battery?

Same here for my camera settings, and fast mode, both return to defaults. I prefer to select the drone wifi manually as pre-flight checks,,,,
