Faulty motors?

My tello got into a minor crash, front left motor seems to spin late than the other three. it also became a little unstable or shakey.

Do I need to replace it?

First see if the prop is not pushed up against the motor housing. I found when one of my motors do that, i just need to lift the prop away from the housing, then it spins freely again. If it persists, then you might have to replace the motor, but that should be your last resort.
