Help: Problems // Error with camera

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me. I used my Tello without any problem, there came a time when it crashed with a wall and continued without problem. I had a time without using it (drone tello). And now every time the camera appears like this.

Do you think it's a hardware problem? Any suggestions to repair it or will I have to buy a new Tello? I attach the other images

Does it help with those error messages?

UPDATE:

**The application is updated
**Firmware update was performed
**A calibration of the drone was made
All these actions without corrective results :(
 
I encountered the same problem just today. I posted my query on this forum and some helpful replies have made my day.

When I used the well-known Samsung Galaxy S8+ and S9, the app works fine, the video and photo live view on the app screen looks great. But when I used the same app on my son's new model Samsung Galaxy J6+, I encountered the exact same image you posted of the greenish screen.

I was told by some on this forum that some phone models may not have been added to be compatible with the stock Tello app and they recommended trying other Tello apps available on the Play Store which also work.

Thank you very much to all of you and I can make it work.
Try Tello FPV and the camera keeps working perfectly.
Some moderator who can close the issue?
