Hovering turning into slow flying

Hi there,
My tello seems to be a little unstable whilst hovering and starts drifting off to the left.
Would I have to do a complete calibration or could it be due some other reason?
I have only flown inside so it can’t be because of weather conditions and I have not yet taken the props off (not sure if this is tricky to do?!)

If this happens when its hovering really low (20-40cm) there is nothing to worry.
Two likely reasons: Either the downfacing camera can't identify any clear marks on the floor (plain carpet, polished tiles, low light, etc) so just try somewhere else. Or you may try gravity calibration. Do not do IMU calibration unless your drone tells you so. I bricked one of my Tellos using this.

may be motor shaft bend..check by manual rotation ie give stroke to pro and watch how smooth it is running
