How to: TelloFPV on Amazon Fire tablet

Had 2 Amazon Fire tablets and decided to install TelloFPV on one.

I don’t take responsibility for your tablet or drone.

There are several ways to load Google Play services to the tablet but by far the simplest is using Fire Toolbox.

This thread walks you through how to install the toolbox on your Windows computer and how to use the app. You can load google play and do other useful functions.

Once you have google play, search and install the app how you normally would on any other device.

Once installed, Enjoy!

Mini setup. Can set the repeater outside and fly from inside my house (have 5 acres and am getting ready to move to 12 acres that’s more wide open).

Is anyone using a Fire Tablet? It is listed as one of the devices compatible, but I cannot get the dji fly app to install. Looking to use something larger than my phone.

Use regular tablet.

You can’t fly the Tello with the DJI Fly app. You use the Tello app (free) or TelloFpv available in the iOS App Store or the Play Store.
