Is that possible to change the bitrate/resolution for Tello normal version

Hi pilots,

I have tello (not EDU version). according to the SDK 1.3, I cannot find the commands to set bitrate/resolution. but in the Android app, I found a tab to set bitrate for video. So Is there un disclosed commands that is able to set bitrate/resolution for tello normal version?
