Help what can I do

eBay or whatever online retailer. They are only a few bucks. Or be a russian and pry them off with a pair of scissors (proceed at your own risk). Ppl say you can pull them off with fingers too by grabbing the prob's centre, I figure you better hold the motor case as well or you risk pulling the motor out of the mount... If there is no urgency just buy a tool online and wait for it to arrive.

Just pull them up with your fingers there not on there that tight.

Don't worry brother, I have a solution for you. Use a watchmaker's screwdriver (shovel tip). Then just pull down "F" such as in the following pics:

I hold the motor with left hand, grab hub of prop, hook fingernail of right thumb under prop and it comes right off.
