Tello engine clicking sound and not taking off

Basicly today I flew the Tello it started spinning uncontrollably. I quickly clicked the land button and it landed fine. When I tried taking off it just tilted and didn't take off at all. When I manually rotated down left engine it made a clicking sound. I've tried replacing the propeller which didn't help. I've tried recalibrating which still didn't help. So now I'm here asking for help.

Sometimes their is hair wrapped around the motor shaft.

Other than that the motor is toast and needs replacement
