Tello motor not spinning

Hi!
When i try to start my drone its not taking off and the motor is not spinning. When i rotate it manually it makes a clicking sound. Also i tried to put the propellers to the wrong sides and the motor started to rotate but very barely.
Can someone help?

I actually have the same problem. When I turn the engine by hand it makes a clicking sound and it doesn't take off. The only difference that my engine is spinning but it seems like its too weak. It happened in a pretty crazy time I was flying the Tello and it started spinning like crazy so I quickly clicked and landing button and it landed fine. I tried taking off again but it just ends up on the ground. I think the reason the motor isn't working that it probably overheated and burned up. I and you will probably need to replace the engine.
