Tello flips over during takeoff

I'm not sure what happened to my Tello, but I tried to take off the other day and it just flipped over before actually getting airborne. One of the propellers disappeared when the drone hit the ground, so I ordered a replacement set of blades thinking that was the problem. I have tried a bunch of different blades at this point, but no matter what I try, the Tello just flips over when I try to take off. All four propellers are spinning when it tries to take off.

Check that the propellers are installed correctly. If everything is fine with them, you need to check whether the shaft of one of the motors is jammed.

You nailed it - I didn't pay attention when I installed the propellers. Once I got them in the right spots, it works fine. I feel like a dope for not realizing my mistake.
