My tello wants to flip forward and left on take off. It shuts it self down after it gets off center, but the first time it flipped completely

My tello wants to flip forward and left on take off. It shuts it self down after it gets off center, but the first time it flipped completely throwing 2 props!

check first:
are the popellers correctly attached (picture)?
do the propellers rub against the propeller guard?
are all motors turning?

Propellers are in the right places, I will check for rubbing. I even recalibrated it..

How are you running this series of command? Are you using some kind of Python script
