More infos please. Which App do you use? Battery full enough? Do you see live video stream?

All things working correctly
1. Navigation system error msg
2. Not taking off
Means motors no starts at al

Tried with node js also
All other things work okkk

You need to setup the first flight of a new Tello with the Tello app. Hope this helps.
