No images...

Hi guys.. I'm finally getting to grips with my first drone, I've bought it to make videos while on honeymoon in the outer Hebrides in a few weeks time...I'm a photographer who wants to add drone footage to my videos.. when I look at videos back on my phone they are great and I'm impressed with the quality.. unfortunately the images are just grey..i can see them through the tello app.any idea's...

if you are android user, use photos app from google, I got same issues with samsung gallery on my S8

Restart your phone. Its works for me with samsung s8....

restarting still not working for me, but I could see them in Photos app from googles, so its still fine...
