Not Charging or Turning on

Hello all,

I got a drone last Christmas and have never used it. I took it out the box to set it up, and plugged it in to charge. I get the following sequence
- blinking blue light(9 flashes in about 12 seconds)
- solid blue light (5 seconds)
- blinking blue light (9 flashes in about 12 seconds)
- solid blue light (5 seconds)
- blinking blue light again (9 flashes in about 12 seconds)
This is continuous and no matter how long i leave it on charge, it doesnt charge.
I am using a good plug and charger, so that is not the problem. The drone has never been used nor worked. I havent seen anyone have the same issue as i have, i hope there is an easy way i can fix this without having to buy a new battery as i fear that may not even fix it, the battery is good as new as its never been used

Same problem for me.
I have 2 batteries. One is perfect, the other one is doing that thing.
And if i try to turn it on (with the wrong one) is not working.
The other battery is ok.
