On board micro usb connector

!!Noob question!! Can I draw power from the micro USB port for something like an led or do I need an external battery? Thanks!

Thanks! I’m going to try to attach a led to the bottom and then just plug it it to the port because my house has bad lighting and I need that stupid warning to go away.
