One week old and a motor stopped working.

just bad luck. Return and get another one.
I have three Tellos now (for development purposes ) and each has way more flight time than any other brushless quad ever managed to achieve over the years. The Ryze motors are just incredible.

Bought it at Best Buy. Like I said in the previous post they exchanged it.

Even those of us who have other drones still treasure our Tello. Just so much fun, a quick launch and easy good photos in a toss up anytime, anywhere, as long as it's not windy.
