Output Volts from the USB port

I’m only getting 3.3V from the USB port when open circuit. Do you have to bind some of the connectors together to output 5V does anyone know?

Sorted, you have to short the ID pin to ground to get output DC.

That's great! Is the drone disturbed by the weight / shape of the lead?
And, out of interest, what is the orange foam for on your drone?

By the way: If you have a Tello EDU / Tello Talent with latest firmware, WiFi get's disabled when you have somethin external plugged in as OTG device.
