Phone not compatible. Any fix?

Hi. I got a Tello drone as a present. But my Xiami phone is not listed on DJI list of compatible phones. Any possibility for me to keep both items and use it? Any fix? Sorry if already discussed.

Not on the list and not working are not the same thing. In addition to the standard Tello application, there are more functional Tello FPV and aTelloPilot.
